Hi

On my Debian system UID 1 corresponds to the UID for the user "daemon". For
some reasons, I wish to make a user's UID 1, and change "daemon"'s UID to
something else, say 11.

Are there some side-effects of this change that I have not thought of ?
Would I have to do anything manually (beyond changing the above
in /etc/passwd and /etc/group) - like chowning an entire bunch of files /
directories ?

Thanks.
