How do I get my DLink DWL-G630 wireless card to work? I looked in the
KInfoCenter under Kanotix and my card is listed as below:

Network cards Marvell Marvell W8300 802.11 Adapter
Intel 82557/8/9 [Ethernet Pro 100], at port: ecc0
Processes 98 | Uptime 39min | Memory 272.559/502.617MB | HDD
HTS726060M9AT00,IC25N020ATDA04-0 Size 80GB (33%used) | Client Shell
wrapper | Infobash v2.50rc21

I installed the windows driver with ndiswrapper, but it still says it
cannot find a wireless interface. Anybody have any ideas. In fact,
does anyone know of any version of Linux that works with this card or
any other wireless adapter. I would even be willing to buy a version as
long as I could get my wireless card to work. Or do I need to buy a
different wireless adapter? I noticed that most of the 11Mbs cards seem
to work though I have not actually tried one, but this is a newer g version.

Well, I got it to work, but I had to switch wireless cards and go back
to my netgear WGT511T. I was having trouble with this card in Windows
XP so I was using my DLink card. Now, I just need to see if the new
version of SUSE will work with this card.

Problem solved in only an hour and ten minutes! You made it through the
several layers of wifi intro (confusion, frustration, dispair, rebirth)
in record time. Well done.

Thanks, though I would still like to find a good way to get SUSE to
work, but this is fine for now.
