xfce4 menu editor

My desktop environment of choice is xfce. I am running debian sarge and
there doesn't seem to be a menu editor. This is xfce version 4 and in
every other distro in which I've used it there is a menu editor. When I
run xfce4-menueditor I get "command not found". Where did it go and how
can I get it back?
