Can any help me find out whats wrong with my installation?

I think your problem is that you have access to the internet. Pull the
plug and your problems will go away - at least mine will be reduced.

Found another way to work with my problem.
My problem might more be a apache2 / php4 configuration problem. And atm
the first site is down, so you cant have a look there to compare.
