Hi,

I'm using Ubuntu 5.10 and a nokia 6230 with firmware V 05.35

I cannot synchronize with the multisync utility. I'm asked by the nokia to
provide a PIN, but entering 1234 does not help.
I have set the PIN in ubuntu the following way:
/etc/bluetooth/hci.conf:
pin_helper /etc/bluetooth/bluepin_simple;
/etc/bluetooth/bluepin_simple:
#!/bin/bash
echo "PIN:1234"
(I have also tried "1234" instead of "PIN:1234")

I'm able to push files to the nokia with KDE OBEX Object Push client. No
passowrd is needed to connect.

From time to time I' was also able to send files via rfcomm0. I only had to
answer the question on the nokia: "connect with ....".
But this behavoir is not stable.

Any help?

Thanks
Guenter

Additional Info:
I'm also able to send files from the nokia to ubuntu by either using
gnome-obex-server or obexserver without providing a password.
