Hi
I have a problem with my newly installed Etch system. I installed it
last night with the Debian Installer Beta 2. Unfortunately the
localisation of my system isn't complete in german. As you can read it
is a known problem of the Beta 2 Debian Installer. So I thought that a
call of /usr/sbin/update-locale-config de_DE.UTF-8 would fix my
problems, but it doesn't. My gdm and other applications are still in
the wrong language.
Could someone help me?
Thanks.

Run dpkg-reconfigure locales to generate and select the default locale.
