| hello all,
I have a live distro of knoppix5.0 and am very impressed with it and now
want to install it on my laptop dual booting with windows xp, if I install
it can i choose what size my partitions will be or will knoppix do this for
me ?
The only reason I ask is because I once installed linux on another laptop
and when I came to use windows the partition was very small.
cheers Kev

I don't have knoppix 5.0, but I'd suspect that they would give you an
"Advanced" partition selection option. You might have to use a terminal
to create partitions manually before selecting the partitions to install to.
