This is not a Navy ship. This is Usenet, where you can spit on the floor
and call the cat a bastard. The usual way to introduce one's self is to
barge in and start hurling insults about.

Permission granted and welcome aboard anyway, though.

Aye, aye Captain Hasler!

"... spit on the floor and call the cat a bastard"! LOL

At least you were kind enough not to direct him to send an email to
lserv@alt.os.linux.debian.usenet with only "subscribe" in the Subject
line!

Heh... I s'pose I could hurl insults, like a few do over in a.o.l.u.,
but I'd rather be a bit gentler stepping in, especially since I'm running
a debian-derivative, and not a "purist..."

Cheers;

<chuckles> Good follow up, Ed. Cheers to you as well!
