can anyone tell me a debian repository (preferabley etch or sarge) that
has the flashplugin-nonfree package in, supported by 64bit arc?

I'm pretty sure Adobe hasn't released a 64 bit Flash version. Check with
them yourself.

You can always install the 32 bit flash and a 32 bit version of firefox.
Either use a a chroot or start with a shell script.

Yes, I know. But it isn't as easy as in using the source.
You or the distribution you use.

Same goes with binary 3D xdrivers (ATI and nVidia is bad, ATI only
slightly better,
since there is Open Source driver for older cards, no big thanks to
ATI) and
wlan cards with ndisdriver.
