I have a external USB2 Harddrive and I want to give everybody RWX access
to the disk. I have not added it to /etc/fstab. It is automatically
mounted by udev

How can I get it to autoamtically mount so everybody can use it?

Read "man 8 mount" and study the "Mount options for fat" section. You'll
probably want to set the 'umask.'
