Small Business Server 2000 Local Policy

HI, i run an SBS 2000 server, had it for over a year now, rebulit few
pcs from Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Pro, when i add them to the domain
it all works fine but then i restart to logon to the domain, it gives
me the following error...
"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively"
It then also restricts me to logon locally to tat pc. Please if
someone could help me on this.
