The European SEPG, launched in 1996 by the SEI in collaboration with
ESPI Foundation, is widely recognised as Europe's leading process
improvement event. The conference focuses on the practical application
of established and emerging improvement methods, and demonstrates how
organisations can achieve order-of-magnitude improvements in cost and
