TOP500 List - Dual-Core AMD Opteron = 1 or 2 Processors?

When looking at the Top500 SuperComputer List, I see that there are a
number of AMD Opteron based systems represented. Quick question - does
a dual-core Opteron count as a single processor or two processors for
the systems on the TOP500 list..?
