BOINC client is available as of today

Predictor@home will introduce a new application, which uses
( http://distributedcomputing.info/platforms.html#boinc ) BOINC's new
locality scheduler, over the weekend. Also, it will require participants to
upgrade to version 4.16 or later of the BOINC client by January 31.
