Author Comparison of Grids

I am trying to put together a document that will, in part, compare
Grids along different dimensions. For example:

1. How does a node join a grid
2. How do grids handle a security incident
3. How is AuthN and AuthZ handled
4. Is the grid centralized or federated.
5. What is the grid's governance

The document will go to my department heads. Can I request some help?
OSG has very useful documents published on its websites, but I'm coming
up empty elsewhere. Can someone a) direct me to other grids, and b)
direct me to some documents.

Thanks,
Dom

Grids are not clusters, based on your current knowledge you should start
from scratch. Buy some books, crawl the internet, assemble a cluster on
your own.

O'Reilly have a good book on cluster:
