I still don't understand how RAC works. It's been almost a month now
since the change, but things still don't look right. For example,
according to BOINCStats, XS_DDTUNG has been crunching between 7k and 9k
per day. Yet his RAC is 19k. At what point does it match the numbers
he has been turning in?

FWIW, I just picked him out because his numbers make it easy to
illustrate my question.
