I recently load FC3 on my pc ( now a dual boot with XP ) , but it did
not detect soundcard though its working in XP. plz help me

My crystal ball seems to be broken...... I cannot see your pc or the
soundcard you have in it. Could you please help me (and others) out.
From the console or xterm session in FC3 type;

lspci -v

and copy the output and post it here.

I am not the O.P., and am no longer running Fedora, but my machine could
not run my soundboard when I tried Fedora Core 2. It runs the soundboard
just fine with Red Hat Linux 6, RHL 6.2, RHL 7.3, and RHL 9. It is an ISA
Soundblaster card. Like the O.P., Windows XP Home has no trouble with the
soundboard.

At a terminal and type
aumix
then turn up the volume and the PCM channel , these settings may be turned
down .
