Ximian Evolution not reminding Exchange calendar events

Hi,

If i have a calendar entry in the local calendar, i get a reminder from
evolution. But if I have a calendar entry on my exchange calendar,
evolution does not remind me. I also checked and there is a reminder
event setup for those exchange events as well.
