Author RHL 9 Shrike Kernel Headers?

I'm doing some kernel work, and am looking for the kernel headers in RHL 9.
I've tried two places where there are kernel related packages, but zippo.
Any ideas?

Doesn't the kernel-source package include headers?

On my RHEL 3 system, I get:

$ rpm -qf /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-47.EL/include/asm-i386/string.h
kernel-source-2.4.21-47.EL

Now I have the CD-ROMs for RHL 9 and kernel-source-2.4.20-6.i386.rpm is on
CD-ROM #2.
