No. There are several Redhat newsgroups, this one, alt.os.linux.redhat,
alt.linux.redhat, linux.redhat. There is also a web forum for Fedora,

As well as a web based Fedora forum , there is also a web based linux forum
, linuxquestions , that has a Fedora section.
