I would certainly recommend Remote Access Solution "RemotePC"
(http://www.ibackup.com/remote_access/). It has worked great for us
till now, no security issues and very cost effective.
Since it works efficiently from dialup connections to LAN setups,
accessing your remote computer from anywhere is possible.
