I need some help with RAS and NAT

I have an PPPOE account
wind2003 server with three nics

My PPPoE account has one main address 206.180.5.x and they also give
me 206.108.4.x/30 as aditional IPs

I need to set up a network were I can access atleast 2 outside IPs for
DNS and other domain services.

I started of with one IP 206.108.5.x and used a simple broadband
router to forward ports. Now I need to keep the 208.106.5.x and use
one other IP for a secondary DNS and other services like email on two
IPs. One Exchnage and the other POP3 for multiple virtual domains.

I have a stand alone server win2003 with thre nics to go into service
(if needed)

I have a C1600 (C1605-R) cisco router with PPPoE cpabilities. It has
two ethernet ports.

I also have a cisco Catalyst 1900.

I have two other 10/100 8port switches.

I have in my domain 5 PCs surfing the net

I need to be secure from hackers. I have IIS Black Ice soft firewall
licenses at my disposal.

I don't understand how to configure the c1600 without loosing the
206.108.5.x IP that is already a domain DNS registration

Same goes for the NAT in RAS.

Any help on figuring this one out would be appreciated.
