| Is it possible to make a VPN Setup File so that my remote users don't have
to go through the pain of creating a VPN connection manually? They are not
computer literate at all and this would help out alot.

| Depends... Cisco's VPN client creates file that can be sent to an user
and when placed in the correct folder... the use opens the VPN sw picks
the connection and Poof they are connected.
Your mileage may vary with other clients. Tell us what clinet are you
using and the device providing the VPN session to connect to.

My VPN server is a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. I have just been using
the regular Microsoft VPN client. I can change clients if necessary.
