VPN - Cant see network files via VPN

Cant see network files via VPN - but can connect

Hey Everyone,

I have a new job, am not an IT Pro, but a Web Developer. I have a VPN
account set up, and can connect with authetication from home, i can see
data getting sent via via the properties window of the connection, but
i cannot see any of the network drives etc. My Sys admin said to use
the RUN prompt and type in the drive name. Doesnt work. Also i have Win
Xp Home, and cannot get my frikking Address bar to show up in an
explorer window. I do however have the option to show it selected. any
thougthts? :/
