Has anyone seen any NAT problems using Checkpoint R55?

I've a situation where the source address and UDP ports are changing while
communicating. This is causing an application to fail. The source address
changes to the public side address of the VPN connection. I'm puzzled.

Where abouts does you VPN Concentrator sit in you network? in a DMZ of the
F/W? or are you trying to connect to a VPN concentrator via a F/W?
