Hello,

Have a small problem at the moment. We are using Safenet softremote as out VPN client, with a Sidewinder G2 as the gateway. Everything works fine for a while but eventually the users are unable to log into their machine using cached credentials. They receive the error " The system is unable to log you on now because the domain DOMAIN is unavailable"

They need to log into the network directly before they can use cahed credentials again.

Any help would be much appreciated.
