Author Experience with Netgear FVS to CISCO ISR VPNs?

We are trying to get 20 or so remote offices to connect to a new CISCO
2811 at a central colocation site. All of these sites have Netgear
FVS318 routers that currently have a couple VPNs up and running
efficiently. When I take a cisco 870 router and create a VPN
connection to the 2811 all is fine. However, if I take one of the
Netgears at the same site, same settings it will not connect. I have
performed incremental firmware flash on the Netgear and their support
seems to be stumped at this point. Has anyone else had a similiar
setup? Any ideas or hints before we are forced to purchase hardware to
fix the problem? Thanks in advance.
