Apologies if this has been discussed ad nauseum--
I would like to set up a VPN on a WindowsXPPro box so that i can HotSync my
Palm TX over the internet when I am away. Can anyone direct me to a good
place to start? My Windows box is behind a router.
thanks!

You can do it this way.
You need to run a vpn server software in your windows box. Have the f/w
router open up a port for the service. As far as your Palm TX, I am not
sure what software is there available that is free/open source that will
allow you to do this. But if you do decide on a vpn software for your
xp, i would recommend checking first if they have a client for your palm.
