If this is customer service - I would hate to see non-service. A simple
sales inquiry and here's how it goes....

Hello!

Is "Total Net Shield" the only product you have with secure tunneling?
Also, do you offer any kind of trial of your tunneling service (even three
days or so) so that I can see if it's what I am wanting before I buy the
annual package? One more thing, I found the service greatly discounted at
Newegg.com - is that legit and will you support that software downloaded
from Newegg?
