Where to find "Path" in Win XP?

| I just upgraded to win XP and now JBN can't find my PGP keyring. I think I
need to add PGP to the path but don't know how to find it in XP. Any help?

Right click "My computer" on your desktop, select properties.
Open the advanced tab, press "environment variables"
