How Secure I am ? please tell me...

PLEASE, can you tell me how secure I am ?
I have DCCP plus, all drives encrypted. ADDAWARE, ANTIVIRUS, TDS3 disabled
JAVA and ACTIVE X.
I have a PRIVACY.LI account that proxied all my ports ( HTTP and POP3 and
SMTP) :
I MUST use OUTLOOK but instead of POP3 server and SMTP server I write
localhost ( The POP3 server and SMTP server are proxied by PUTTY ) with
account offered by privacy.li.
Since OUTLOOK is not secure I added a module that let me receive only plain
text and remove any atachaments.
I enabled rules in ZONEALARM this program (O2K) that let connection from
OUTLOOK to <DESTINATION: localhost> allowing SMTP AND POP 3 PROTOCOLS only
directed to localhost ( localhost:25 and localhost:110).
This way I am sure everything that leaves OUTLOOK and also coming into
OUTLOOK (checking POP3 emails logs) will be proxied by PRIVACY.LI service
( conection can go only to localhost and ports specified by me)
Any other connection are forbiden from OUTLOOK. This should secure OUTLOOK
right ?
For browsers OPERA AND FIREFOX also used localhost and also enabled rules in
ZONEALARM that will not allow browsers to connect directly to internet other
than trough localhost.
So nothing from my computer does not leave directly to internet than passing
trough SSH ACCOUNT ( localhost from privacy.li)
Can you tell me how secure I am ?
Normally browsing web should be secured by PRIVACY. Also since I proxied my
( POP3 and SMTP) my email account provider can not ever tell from logs
where exactly I am from ( they see privacy.li hosts)
I am thinking to get a second acccount to PRIVACY. LI ( I am very pleased
how service and support work, never down never problems) and chaining the
first proxy trough second proxy.
This should offer me good privacy RIGHT ? Like ONION.. ? For both HTTP and
EMAIL accounts.
I AM SECURE WITH THIS SETUP or do I need to drop off everything and start
over using TOR PRIVOXY QUICKSILVER ?
My main problem is that I MUST use OUTLOOK (cant explain cuz would be too
long) but if my setup does not offer privacy I drop off everything and
start over using TOR PRIVOXY QUICKSILVER
Can I use a SMTP server offered by some remailer and set-up my OUTLOOK in
any way so I can send anonymous messages with outlook ? if I am not secure
with my set-up ?

PS: I also got a SSH account at METROPIPE, they told me before paying will
proxy POP3 and SMTP then after I bought told me is in work but never worked
for SMTP AND POP3. The HTTP from METROPIPE is little faster (not
considerably) than PRIVACY HTTP but lacks of options for Metropipe make me
think is not so great. Maybe depends of what you have in mind.
PRIVACY.LI is much better service than METROPIPE and more complete IMHO.
