Metacolo has been very reliable, but based on "Sea island". One has to
suspect that it is funded by the UK Security Services. I have read the
web site and post's to apas. Since 9/11 the UK and USA Security
Services as part of "Echelon" are checking everything. It is not a
good idea to use a UK or USA based re-mailer. With everybody
questioning who ordered 9/11 and many suspecting the CIA as the Dubai
station chief meeting with Bin Laden in 2001 is well known. Like the
Kennedy assassination, the CIA as many suspect, that the CIA was
behind it, so as to start a war and get access to the Drugs in
Afghanistan and build a pipe line to get the oil from Uzbekistan,
Kazakhstan and Tajikistan to the Gulf for the USA oil needs. That and
make money for their weapons manufactures freinds. The USA has to have
a war every ten years or so. It is well known that the USA CIA is
using CIA pilot's to fly C 130's from places like Columbia and
Afghanistan with drugs to finance their covert operations. That is why
the USA wants to keep drugs illegal. Like Holland Canada wants to
liberalize its drug law's and treat drugs as an illness. The USA
Government has been pressing Canada not to decriminalize the drug
laws. On Commercial drive you can buy pot the same way as in Amsterdam
in Holland. Many of the re-mailers are funded by the security services
so you should not be using one unless you are absolutely sure of its
security. Metacolo has been suspected as well as any USA based
re-mailer services. With the Presidential elections coming up I hope
the USA people see the Lie's behind "Bush". With Kerry and the
Congress starting to ask questions about who is behind the CIA. the
true "Evil Empire" shall we call it. The World has no problem with the
USA, its people and business's. It is the people pulling the strings.
Bush is but a mouth piece for these evil people. Using the CIA to deal
in drugs has got to stop. It is up to the people of the USA to vote in
a President that will do something about the people running the CIA.
Kerry is the person to do it. The CIA does funded some of the
re-mailers and the UK too. You have to figure out for yourself which
is the ones best to use. Sorry Metacolo, but I will not be using you

terrorism, sabotage
A major CTL theme is that terrorism is used by secret societies for
secret agendas. For example, a secret society might handily murder
many enemies all at once if they are all on the plane at the same
time. Supposedly this is sometimes the case when one secret society
discovers another secret society's secret airline plans of its
members. Another claim of CTL is that terrorism creates a fear that
allows governments to crack down on people and take away their

NSA
The NSA, or National Security Agency, is the subject of much CTL.
CTL
sometimes states the NSA is a front for concealing secrets about
aliens, or operations involving them. Other scenarios are that the
NSA
is a "trojan horse" to create an authoritarian government system.
Officially, the National Security Agency is in charge of creating
cryptographic devices for the military and government to allow
secret
communications. The agency was concealed from existence for decades
from its inception in the 50's. The NSA has a "black budget" in the

CIA
CTL claims that CIA agents are involved in many unauthorized
projects
such as secret drug running to finance covert operations involving
the
overthrow of governments, etc. See [EIR], [Levine93].
Mena drug trafficking
Recent CTL focuses on Clinton's record in Arkansas and suggests he
conspired with the CIA to allow drugs to be trafficked through
Mena,
Arkansas. CTL states he took bribes and moved up in the power
structure as a result of it. The funds are supposedly used for
extremely covert CIA operations that are so subversive they can't
be
sponsored with taxpayer money. See [Reed94].
