I think that may have been the point. To the best of my knowledge,
Australia has no bill of rights. We even go so far as to have
specific laws to remove "assumed" rights such as the "right" to
remain silent, etc. In some states, the "proceeds of crime" laws even
remove the assumption of innocence until proven guilty.
