Privoxy setup help

| I've just downloaded Firefox and Privoxy 3.0.3
I've added the line forward-socks4a / 127.0.0.1:9050 . to the Privoxy
config.txt file and set the connection settings in Firefox to be on
127.0.0.1 on port 8118 for everything except the Socks Host.
And yes I have added an exception in the Windows Firewall for Privoxy!
Everytime Firefox starts I get a 503 Connect Failed:
Connect failed
Your request for http://blah.blah.net/ could not be fulfilled, because the
connection to blah.blah.net (127.0.0.1) could not be established.
This is often a temporary failure, so you might just try again.
Could somebody point me in the right direction please.
THanks
Fred
