At the moment this info is very beta indeed. The concept is to record
remailer comings and goings. Unfortunately there are a few problems:-
1) Historical data is currently rubbish as the google groups are not
what they once were. If anyone wishes to correct any remailer
startup dates, please let me know.
2) Currently the report lists a remailer as dead when no pingers have
seen it for 28 days. Unfortunately some pingers list remailers that
have been dead for months.
Like I said, very beta indeed.

I think a DNS Record lookup on Dizum.com will tell you the date it died.
