For verification. A lot of old timers do that and it is a good practice
today. I looked and TwistyCreek supports Cypherpunk RSA, DH/DSS, and
MixMaster. I suspect he wants everone to know that only he posesses the
secret keys for both types of PGP encryption. Like you said, for
verification and trust that both keys belong to the same person.
