WRONG! If any remop were indeed dropping posts to a particular M2N, then
they very well do owe an explanation.

Imagine you were to build half a bridge over a river, advertise its
existence so that people would use it, and as cars were dropping into the
water below, you sat back and said: hey, I'm not charging a toll for my
bridge, so nobody can demand anything of me.

A remop is part of an established network with *some* established
expectations - the biggest of which is to NOT arbitrarily lose messages
without giving some kind of public, general notice.
