Too much legislation is useless. Part of the problem, not the solution.

What we need are...

More brains, so we wouldn't let stupid laws be passed and could recognize
when good laws are broken.

More guns, to deal with these things when they do happen.

More balls, so we could actually stand up and use the proper tool for the
proper job when it's necessary.
