Author NNTPS Servers?

I am looking for a NNTPS server located OUTSIDE the US that will
accept e-gold for payment. I have scoured the web looking but can't
find one that advertises that it fits all 3 requirements.

Anyone got any ideas?

What news services do all of you use to connect through stunnel?
