The syntax is news.group.name@bigapple.dynalias.net, but you can only
use it to post to one group.

I use the Newsanon Quickpost, which allows up to 5 groups in one post.
For example:
newsgroup1..newsgroup2..newsgroup3..newsgroup4..newsgroup5@newsanon.yi.org.

You can if you use the Newsanon Quickpost.
newsgroup1..newsgroup2..newsgroup3..newsgroup4..newsgroup5@newsanon.yi.org
sends the message to 5 newsgroups.
