Anonymous Servers - Insallting mixminion in debian

I am trying to install mixminion under debian (sarge).

I tried apt-get install mixminion but I get the following error:

Package mixminion is not available, but is referred to by
another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has
been obsoleted, or is only available from another source
E: Package mixminion has no installation candidate

What's that all about?
