measured.

Latent-Hist shows the average default response time for each day:

1 less than 1 hour

A less than 12 hours
B less than 18 hours
C less than 24 hours

G less than 48 hours
H more than 48 hours

Latent shows the average default response time in HH:MM format.

Uptime-Hist shows the Uptime percentage (responses received divided by
pings sent) for each day:

Uptime shows the average Uptime percentage for 12 days.

Why does the Apple2 remailer list *itself* as being down... especially
when e.g. the Banana stats show it as responding? I'd have thought that
if anyone could get through, it could :-)

I'm really not sure, expecially since my mixmaster stats show me at 100%.
