My guess is that the poster doesn't know about command shells. Since he
is using QS he must be on Windows, which means that he can probably
type: 'cmd' or 'command' after clicking on [Start]-[Execute].
It might also help to use the 'cd /?' to chance to the proper directory
where openssl is located first..
