Make sure if you are using hotmail or some other mail service with
filters that you have whatever is necessary done to allow them to e-mail
you. In hotmail, aol, and probably some others, if you are set to
exclusive then you need their address in your address book. Also check
the junk folders once in a while.
I'm not findnot, but I'll bet they have the same problems. We
constantly have problems with some user mailing us and the complaining
they got no response. It is pretty much always because they either give
us a bogus return address or in some way their mail setup is filtering
our replies. Hotmail users lead the way, they set their accounts to
exclusive, never check the spam folders, and complain they don't get
answers that they are blocking with their mail config.
