Error. QuickSilver ***CANNOT*** user CypherPunk remailers in
the 'Chain: ' header at all. That header is used to tell mixmaster
the details of the chain to make. It has *NOTHING* to do with
CypherPunk. Richard *REFUSES* to support CypherPunk remailers except
for Nym and reply blocks.

Yep QS is mixmaster only.
