Does this actually work? While sending remailer-key may get you
the key, you still won't have Parsifal added to the uptime stats.
Mixmaster (which both QS and JBN use to create messages) will still
not choose it. Even if you faked it and added it to mlist.txt
yourself, every time you update the stats it would of course vanish.

I think you should just advise people to use a stats source that
includes Parsifal rather than telling them to attempt to do it
manually.
