| Did the following test:
1. Put 5 TI Cypherpunks Latent-Time capable remailers
between a certain 'injection point' and Parsifal.
2. Set the latencies so that 10 Anon-Post-To: postings
would arrive at Parsifal with a time-space of 9
_hours_ between the first and last one.
3. Set Latent-Time to 0:00 at Parsifal.
Results:
A. Delay about 1 - 1.5 _days_ MORE than the latency
times would indicate.
B. 7 postings show up within a time-range of 8
_minutes_.
Conclusions:
Instead of 'touch-and-go' (Latent-Time:0:00) the
postings are scrutinized, some times tampered with,
and therefor extremely delayed.
Postings are then 'batch-sent' to Gradwell and
Dizum mail-2-news servers.
Beware:
This CBOFH (Chink Bastard Operator From Hell) do
