Yes, unless I pushed it up to around 28bits it's not really that much of
an inconvenience. I'd rather avoid doing this as it 'spoils' the
service to some extent.

Perhaps, although the poster seems to have a very specific target in
mind with his postings. Although why anyone thinks that flooding Usenet
with propaganda furthers their cause is a mystery to me.
