Yes, that Hidden Service URL is still valid. With that url you
can send SMTP, M2N, Update Stats and download NG messages; all
though Hidden Services.
Pleae read my WiKi page for a detalied 'how-to' for using Hidden
Services and remailing:

The proper format for SMTP/M2N and Panta's Hidden Service
follows:

***Note: You'r remailing client needs to speak Socks4a to be
able to use Hidden Services. I am not sure if you can use
Hidden Services if you 'roll your own'; as I use QuickSilver.
