I'm running Tor/Privoxy to surf.
How come when I look at the ZoneAlarm
log I see in the 'alerts & logs' page,
packets from both my source IP and the
destination IP showing up?

I mean my real IP not my Tor session IP
are visible.

I thought my real IP was anon?

Hi,

Visit this website:

http://kluge.in-chemnitz.de/tools/browser.php

If it shows your real IP address, your Tor/Privoxy configuration is not
correct.

Regards.

You have to instruct your browser to connect to privoxy (localhost:8118)
to TOR (localhost:9050). Then your traffic should be hidden and the
destination IPs shouldn't show up any more. It is all documented on
<http://tor.freehaven.net/> you know? RTFM? You can't expect to be
anonymous without putting a bit of effort in understanding the subect!
